By accessing startupgcc.com or using any StartupGCC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
StartupGCC provides business setup consultancy, company formation, visa processing, PRO services, and related advisory services in the UAE and GCC. All services are subject to a separate engagement agreement and payment of applicable fees.
3. No Legal Advice
Information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal or tax advice. Regulations change frequently. Always consult a qualified advisor before making business decisions.
4. Fees and Payments
Our service fees are quoted on a per-engagement basis. Government fees, authority charges, and third-party costs are in addition to our professional fees unless stated otherwise. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, supplying required documents promptly, and notifying StartupGCC of any changes to their circumstances that may affect their application.
6. Limitation of Liability
StartupGCC's liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, force majeure events, or client-supplied errors.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
